A free inspection and a dated photo report of every slope, flashing and vent. It is yours to keep, whether you hire us or not.
One itemized price in writing, good for 30 days. The only possible add-on is rotted decking, at the per-sheet price written in your contract, and only for boards we photograph and show you.
Final payment comes after the work is complete and you’ve walked the property with us.

Nothing needed, a repair, or a replacement. If a repair is enough, that is what we quote.

Nobody can fully judge roof decking until the old shingles are off. That is the one honest unknown in a roof replacement, so we put it in writing up front instead of surprising you with it later.
If we find soft or rotted boards, we photograph them before we replace anything. You pay the per-sheet price written in your contract, only for the sheets we show you. Nothing else on your written price changes after tear-off.
Before you sign with anyone
Use our photo report to hold every quote to the same scope, ours included. These are the lines where roof quotes usually differ.
Is every existing layer torn off, or is the new roof going over the old one? Extra layers add weight and hide decking problems.
Is there a per-sheet price for replacing bad boards, written in the contract? A missing price is how quotes grow after tear-off.
Synthetic underlayment across the deck, plus ice and water barrier where code or the manufacturer requires it.
Intake and exhaust sized for the attic. Poor ventilation shortens shingle life and can affect manufacturer warranty coverage.
New flashing and boots, or reused old metal? Many leaks start at flashings and penetrations, not in the middle of a slope.
Matching manufacturer components, and whether the warranty will actually be registered, not just “available.”
Landscape protection, daily cleanup and a final walkthrough should be written in, not assumed.
How long is the price good for, and when is final payment due? Ours holds 30 days, with final payment after the walkthrough.
Your written price is the price. There is no “sign tonight” discount and no countdown, because a fair price does not expire at midnight.

As a GAF Certified contractor, XPRO ELITE can register qualifying GAF roofing systems for GAF’s System Plus Limited Warranty — manufacturer coverage beyond a standard shingle warranty.

Yes. The inspection, the dated photo report and the written price are free, with no obligation. The photo report is yours to keep even if you never hire us.
30 days from the date on your estimate. There is no “sign today” price, and the number does not change if you take a week to decide.
Only for rotted decking, at the per-sheet price written in your contract, and only for boards we photograph and show you. Upgrades happen only if you choose them, in writing.
Final payment comes after the work is complete and you have done the final walkthrough with us. Your contract shows the full payment schedule before you sign.
Then we tell you, and we quote the repair. Not every older roof needs to be replaced.
