We walk the finished job with you and register qualifying GAF systems for enhanced manufacturer warranty coverage.

GAF is North America’s largest roofing manufacturer, and it certifies the contractors allowed to offer its enhanced warranties. As a GAF Certified contractor, XPRO ELITE can register qualifying GAF roofing systems for GAF’s System Plus Limited Warranty — manufacturer coverage beyond a standard shingle warranty.

Yes. The XPRO X-Ray Roof Inspection is free with no obligation. You get photos of what we find and a straight answer on whether you need a repair, a replacement, an insurance claim — or nothing at all.
Yes. Storm restoration is our specialty. Through XPRO Claim-to-Completion™ we document hail and wind damage with dated photos, compare the carrier’s estimate with what the build actually requires, and, with your authorization, meet your adjuster on site. Your carrier decides coverage; we handle the construction side.
No. Your deductible is your responsibility under your policy, and we never ask anyone to misstate costs to an insurer. If affordability is the problem, ask about payment or financing options.
Yes. XPRO ELITE is a GAF Certified contractor, so we can register qualifying GAF roofing systems for GAF’s System Plus Limited Warranty.
Yes. Financing is available through our lending partner, SVC Finance, subject to credit approval. Ask us for current terms, or apply online.
We serve Dayton, Cincinnati, the Miami Valley & Northern Kentucky — including Kettering, Oakwood, Centerville, Beavercreek, Xenia, Springfield, Franklin, Miamisburg and Fairfield.
Many replacements are finished in one day. Larger or multi-layer tear-offs take longer — our six-layer Oakwood tear-off with new decking took two days.
